Conditions Old

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is an effective, adjunctive therapy that can be used in conjunction with traditional care plans for many different illnesses, injuries and/or diseases. Unfortunately, many patients and doctors do not know enough about the mechanisms of hyperbaric oxygen therapy to request or prescribe it, outside of the 14 covered conditions or sometimes called indications.

Below you will find some of the most common indications for which HBOT can be helpful (that are not yet covered by insurance and are considered off-label). Click on the links and you can read the studies related to those indications that have been conducted using HBOT and watch testimonials from patients with those indications who have found hyperbaric oxygen therapy to be helpful.
